The problem

A startup needed a mobile marketplace connecting buyers and vendors in a niche B2B sector. They had investor interest but no working product to demonstrate the transaction flow.

Our solution

We scoped and built an MVP with vendor onboarding, product listings, inquiry flows, and an admin panel — enough to run a pilot with real users.
